Social Media and Content Manager

I am hiring a full time remote Social Media and Content Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit short form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
• Edit long form YouTube videos from raw recordings
• Trim dead air, clean up pacing, remove errors, and add captions
• Add light b roll, text overlays, or simple graphics when needed
• Repurpose long form content into short form clips
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Maintain a monthly content calendar
• Create AI assisted captions and content drafts using Claude
• Monitor and manage comments across all platforms
• Escalate negative or sensitive comments before responding
• Track weekly social media KPIs and engagement performance
• Prepare a weekly scorecard with follower growth, reach, engagement, views, and comments
• Monitor open leads in GoHighLevel and ClickUp
• Send approved follow up messages to unresponsive leads
• Log follow up activity and flag reengaged leads to the closer
• Support podcast outreach after the content workflow is stable

What I Am Looking For:
• 3 to 5 years of social media and content management experience
• Experience supporting a personal brand, coach, consultant, or creator
• Experience managing an audience of 50,000 or more followers is preferred
• Strong short form and long form video editing experience
• Experience with talking head videos, captions, b roll, and platform formatting
• GoHighLevel experience is strongly preferred
• ClickUp experience for task management and SOP tracking
• Comfortable using AI tools, especially Claude
• Strong content calendar and scheduling discipline
• Organized, detail oriented, and consistent
• Able to manage multiple content workflows at the same time
• Strong written English communication skills
