Integrative Medicine & Chiropractic Clinics

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Director to take full ownership of the digital assets for integrative medicine and chiropractic clinics (3 brands you will manage):

(1) Chiropractic Clinic: Andover Chiropractic & Wellness [Andover, MA]
(2) Integrative Medicine Clinic: St Jean Wellness [virtual specialty anxiety clinic]
(3) Chiropractic Clinic: Russell Center for Chiropractic & Sports Medicine

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and possess a proven track record in growing social media accounts, increasing engagement, and converting followers into loyal, paying patients. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The candidate must be proficient using AI for posting, editing, analytics and planning (Social Pilot, GHL, Capcut, etc.). Each business will maintain 4 social accounts: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Profile Optimization:

Set up, optimize and prepare accounts for each business (if not already completed) for the following social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Must be fully optimized for significant growth under the creative directives and instruction from Dr. St Jean.

(2) Content Strategy & Creation:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Tiktok. Assist doctor with creation of compelling, high-quality content including posts, videos, blogs, and stories that reflect the brand's values and mission. Work with CEO, Dr. David St Jean to provide high quality, professional posting that avoids cookie-cutter stock image posting. Edit videos to create engaging reels, shorts, and long-form video content.

(3) Account Growth & Engagement:

Analyze social media trends and implement strategies to rapidly grow accounts with the following goals:
(1) Andover Chiropractic & Wellness: over 50,000 followers within six months for all platforms.
(2) St Jean Wellness: over 100,000 followers within six months for all platforms
(3) Russell Center for Chiropractic & Sports Medicine: over 10,000 followers within six months for all platforms

Drive increased likes, comments, shares, and overall engagement through creative and impactful content. Foster relationships with followers to convert views into scheduled appointments and paying patients.

(3) Scheduling & Consistency:

Use social media management tools [Social Pilot] to schedule posts and ensure consistent content delivery across platforms. Manage a content calendar to align with clinic goals, promotions, and campaigns.

(4) Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance metrics (follower growth, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions).
Provide detailed monthly reports on social media performance, KPI's and ROI.

(5) Blog Writing:

Collaborate with Dr. St Jean to create engaging, SEO-optimized blogs to drive traffic and establish the above clinics as leaders in integrative medicine and chiropractic care.

(6) Collaboration:

Work closely with Dr. St Jean to align content with overarching business goals and campaigns. Maintain consistent communication to ensure messaging reflects clinic updates and priorities.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Instagram. Please provide evidence of past success when applying. Expertise in video editing and content creation tools (Canva) is a must - light editing required for shorts, long-form, carousels, stories, blogs, etc.. You don't have to write any scripts or blogs, simply post them and organize them. Strong understanding of social media analytics and conversion optimization. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt strategies based on performance.

Goals:

Grow all social media accounts as instructed above. Consistently increase engagement rates across platforms. Drive measurable conversions from social media content to paid appointments. In order of priority for growth as follows:
(1) Andover Chiropractic & Wellness
(2) St Jean Wellness
(3) Russell Center for Chiropractic & Sports Medicine

Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience, with potential performance bonuses based on achieving follower growth and conversion goals. Base salary is $500/month. As followers, engagement and growth increases, so does your salary. This is a full time position with doctor-level Phillipiens salaries to be awarded to the candidate who performs at the highest level and exceeds expectations. It is anticipated you should earn $1,350/month if you are good at this job.

- 20,000 followers [$100/month]
- 30,000 followers [$150/month]
- 40,000 followers [$200/month]
- 50,000 followers [$250/month]

(2) St Jean Wellness:
- 10,000 followers [$50/month]
- 20,000 followers [$100/month]
- 30,000 followers [$150/month]
- 40,000 followers [$200/month]
- 50,000 followers [$250/month]
- 60,000 followers [$300/month]
- 70,000 followers [$350/month]
- 80,000 followers [$400/month]
- 90,000 followers [$450/month]
- 100,000 followers [$500/month]

(3) Russell Center:
- 10,000 followers [$50/month]
