What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a creative, self-driven Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, audience growth, and engagement across Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You’ll repurpose podcast content, track performance, and experiment with ---------- s, reels, and founder insights to drive organic traction.

If you’re also hungry to hustle and close sponsorships or partnerships, we offer commission that can add $2K–$4K/month on top of your base pay of $500.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule daily content across platforms
• Turn podcast episodes into viral tweets, IG reels, audiograms, and carousels
• Write engaging copy, ---------- s, and thought-leader posts
• Collaborate with video editors and podcast team on content delivery
• Track engagement metrics and iterate content strategy
• Stay sharp on Web3 news, trends, and ---------- culture
• Proactively reach out to potential sponsors and help close deals


Requirements:

You must have at least a minimum of 100 Mb/s fiber internet for both download and upload. Otherwise, do not take the test or apply.


• Strong grasp of ---------- Twitter, VC/startup culture, and ---------- trends
• Experience managing social media accounts for creators or brands on X
• Excellent writing and content repurposing skills
• Tools: Canva, CapCut, Notion, Hypefury, Metricool, etc.
• Driven, autonomous, and excited to grow a brand from the ground up
• Bonus: Experience in partnerships, brand deals, or crypto B2B outreach
