I’m building a premium apparel brand from the ground up and I’m looking for a talented teammate to help me build it into something special.
This starts as a part-time position, but for the right person it could quickly grow into a full-time, long-term role as the business scales.

This isn’t just another VA position. I’m looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats across design, e-commerce, marketing, and operations. Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and genuinely cares about producing exceptional work.

I’m easy-going, respectful, and never a difficult client. I value clear communication, trust, and long-term relationships. In return, I expect exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong eye for great design. We’re not chasing “good enough”—we’re building a premium brand.

Must-have skills:

* Deep knowledge of Shopify & Printify (product creation, listings, organization, optimization)
* Strong design skills in Canva (or similar)
* Digital marketing experience (Meta Ads, Google Ads, copywriting, A/B testing, SEO/backlinks)
* Comfortable working with Claude and AI tools to work faster and smarter
* Klaviyo or Spoks for email marketing campaigns (or maybe you’re really good at email campaigns and can easily learn the software I’m using for it).

Huge plus if you also have experience with:
* Adobe Creative Suite
* CapCut (or similar video editing software)
* Figma
* Predis, Captions, or similar social media tools

I’m not looking for someone who knows “everything”. I’m looking for someone who is resourceful, highly organized, eager to learn, and takes real pride in producing outstanding work.

I’m looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks like an owner. Not someone who simply waits for instructions.
