Social Media Specialist/Digital Marketing Specialist (Ads campaign)

What you'll do
• Produce ad copies & landing pages at speed with AI assistance — then bring the human judgment that turns a decent draft into copy that gets people fired up to take action and sign up.
• Use AI tools to mine forums, reviews and websites for your target audience's needs, pain points and goals — then turn those raw insights into ad angles and hooks competitors won't think of.
• Set up and optimize campaigns across Google, Facebook and the newer AI-driven campaign types (e.g. Performance Max, Demand Gen) for clients in industries ranging from mortgage to beauty to education and more — feeding the platforms the right signals, creative and data to drive sales.
• Make sense of the campaign numbers (that don't make sense to other people). Use AI to spot patterns faster, but trust your own read to d ---------- what to actually tweak & improve.
• Coordinate digital marketing projects among different stakeholders, including clients and designers.
• Edit, create and update SOPs as tools, AI features and platforms change at breakneck speed — and help the team adopt new AI workflows that make us all sharper.
• A manager will guide you, but you're also responsible for leveling up every single day on your own — including staying ahead of new AI tools before everyone else catches on.

Requirements:
- Fast and stable internet connection is a MUST
- Solid grasp of written English language
- Experience in copywriting or running ads campaigns(.i.e.Google/Meta)
