JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We are a leading Australian caravan manufacturer and reseller, dedicated to building and delivering premium, adventure-ready caravans for the rugged Australian landscape. From off-road tourers to luxury family layouts, we create vehicles that inspire freedom. We are expanding our digital marketing team to showcase our builds, customer journeys, and lifestyle content through high-impact, driving video campaigns.

The Role

We are looking for a creative, fast-paced Social Media Video Post-Production Specialist to take our raw video assets—including product walk-throughs, factory builds, customer handovers, and rugged lifestyle footage—and turn them into high-performing video content.

In this role, you will analyse competitor benchmarks and reference content to craft thumb-stopping organic videos and highly optimised paid ads. Your work will directly fuel our presence across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube (including Google Ads).

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Video Editing: Cut, pace, and assemble high-impact short-form and mid-form videos customised for Meta Ads/Reels/Feeds, TikTok, and Google Ads, YouTube Shorts/Long-form.

• Paid Ad Optimisation: Build and iterate variations of high-converting video ads specifically for Meta and YouTube Ads, focusing on strong hooks, clear call-to-actions (CTAs), and direct-response formatting.

• Competitor & Reference Matching: Analyse provided competitor content, industry trends, and visual benchmarks to reverse-engineer high-performing video formats and elevate our brand's production value.

• Graphics & Text Overlays: Integrate clean typography, bold captions, lower thirds, and motion graphics optimised for mobile viewing (ensuring text stays within platform safe zones).

• Audio & Colour Correction: Perform crisp audio mixing (balancing wind noise, voiceovers, background tracks, and trending SFX) and apply clean, natural colour grading to make outdoor and lifestyle footage pop.

• Asset Pipeline Management: Maintain a highly organised digital library of raw footage, b-roll (factory, off-road, interior details), and completed masters for quick access and re-editing.

Capabilities & Core Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of professional editing suites like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, alongside After Effects for motion graphics.

• Direct-Response Awareness: An understanding of what drives digital engagement and conversions—knowing how to hook an adventure-seeking audience within the first 3 seconds.

• Adaptability to Brand Voice: Ability to switch gears between rugged, high-energy off-road action edits and clean, aspirational, lifestyle-focused family caravan tours.

• Autonomous Workflow: Self-motivated and comfortable taking a folder of raw footage alongside reference links and turning it into a polished, final cut with minimal hand-holding.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of video post-production experience, with a heavy emphasis on social media content and paid social video ads (automotive, travel, or outdoor leisure industry experience is a major plus).

• Portfolio/Reel: A robust portfolio demonstrating your editing pace, motion graphics, use of text/captions, and specifically showcasing successful ads or social media edits.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Australian outdoor, camping, or automotive market layout is highly regarded but not strictly required.

• Adaptability: Ability to turn around high-quality content under tight deadlines and version assets into multiple cutdowns and platform resizing.

• Collaboration: Strong English communication skills to take constructive feedback from creative directors and content strategists.
