Social Media Virtual Assistant NEEDED!

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is smart, fast, and tech-savvy. Someone who genuinely cares about empowering families and can get things done without constant guidance.

This role includes social media content creation, design, and light video editing for my Instagram page, which focuses on parenting and family life content.
You will help with:
-Designing reels, carousel posts, and quote graphics, sometimes starting from a topic or prompt, sometimes from text copy I provide
-Repurposing content (voice notes, past posts, writing) into new reels and carousels
-Light video editing such as trimming reels, adding captions, transitions, and simple intros
-Following my brand style, colors, fonts, and overall visual identity, consistently across posts
-Scheduling content and keeping a consistent posting calendar
-Supporting launches and other content-related admin tasks

Ideal Qualities:
-Comfortable using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Canva
-Has an eye for clean, modern, brand-friendly visuals
-Can write and design in a tone that feels warm, personal, and empowering — and can match my voice specifically
-Comfortable creating from scratch as well as working from copy I provide
-Takes initiative, communicates well, and completes tasks on time
-Someone who can share in the vision of my personal brand and business, not just execute tasks

Pay: Starting under $5/hr, with room to $6/hr after interview and seeing samples, for the right fit.
