We are looking for a sharp, performance-driven Store CRO & Landing Page Testing Specialist to help improve the conversion performance of a fast-growing ecommerce business doing $150k+ per month in revenue.

We need someone who understands direct-response ecommerce, paid traffic, Shopify-style product pages, landing pages, advertorials, product page testing, offer optimization, and the relationship between Meta Ads creative and on-site conversion.
You will be responsible for finding conversion leaks, creating practical test ideas, improving product pages and landing pages, and helping us turn more paid traffic into profitable customers.

Optimizing offers, bundles, quantity breaks, cart incentives, upsells, and post-purchase flows
Improving trust elements such as reviews, guarantees, shipping messaging, social proof, payment icons, customer photos, and risk reversal
Improving urgency and scarcity elements without making the page feel fake or spammy
Creating and testing advertorials, quiz-style pages, story-based pre-sell pages, and direct-response landing pages
Analyzing Shopify data, Meta Ads data, heatmaps, session recordings, analytics, and ecommerce metrics
Working with media buyers, video editors, copywriters, and the creative team to align ads with landing pages
Turning ad angles and customer objections into landing page sections and test ideas
