AK Partners Group is a registered US and EU wholesale distributor of consumer electronics, phones, gaming, beauty, and toys. We supply major Amazon marketplaces across the US and Europe and are expanding rapidly. We work with hundreds of suppliers globally and are building a world-class sourcing operation.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a sharp, experienced, and highly organized Supplier Sourcing & Verification Specialist to join our team. This is not a junior position — we need someone who understands wholesale supplier relationships, knows how to verify a supplier's legitimacy, and can communicate professionally with businesses around the world.

You will work directly inside our proprietary CRM system managing supplier records, verifying new suppliers, maintaining communication, and ensuring our supplier pipeline stays active and organized.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Research and verify new suppliers across electronics, phones, gaming, beauty, and toy categories
- Check supplier legitimacy through websites, LinkedIn, company registrations, email domains, and direct communication
- Maintain detailed records of all supplier interactions in our CRM
- Conduct professional outreach via email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Follow up consistently with suppliers to maintain active relationships
- Log all communications clearly and accurately
- Identify suppliers worth escalating to our buying team
- Keep our supplier database clean, accurate, and up to date

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Minimum 2 years experience in supplier sourcing, procurement, B2B outreach, or wholesale buying
- Excellent written and spoken English — you will communicate with international businesses daily, this is non-negotiable
- Strong research skills — you can find information, verify legitimacy, and make judgment calls
- Experience using CRM tools, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email professionally
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload independently
- Reliable internet connection and a professional working environment
- Available Monday to Friday, 3:00 AM — 11:00 AM EST (New York time)

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in electronics, phones, or consumer goods wholesale
- Knowledge of Amazon FBA or wholesale sourcing for eCommerce
- Experience verifying international suppliers (Dubai, Europe, Asia)
