TAX SPECIALIST

Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in tax preparation or a related tax role (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of individual and business tax returns.
* Familiarity with IRS tax regulations, compliance requirements, and tax filing procedures.
* Experience using professional tax software (TTX, TaxSlayer Pro, Drake, ProSeries, or similar platforms) is a plus.
* Ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism and integrity.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred (But Not Required)
* PTIN or IRS certification.
* Experience preparing personal, self-employed, or small business tax returns.
* Sales or client consultation experience.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
