You're the type who notices when something's about to go sideways before it actually does. You pick up the phone (or send the message) without being asked. What You'll Be Doing:
- Being the go-to person for clients — keeping them happy, informed, and coming back for more
- Building real relationships with clients by understanding what their business actually needs
- Spotting chances to offer more value and grow accounts (yes, there's a sales side to this!)
- Supporting our VA team with any challenges they face — from scheduling hiccups to client friction
- Coaching and encouraging VAs to do their best work
- Making sure our processes and systems are running smoothly behind the scenes
- Keeping reports up to date and sharing insights that help us make smarter decisions
- Being available when things get urgent — yes, sometimes outside of 9 to 5

Must-Haves:
- You've managed client accounts before and know how to keep people happy
- You can lead and support a team — even when things get complicated
- Your English is excellent — written and verbal, no exceptions
- You're a natural problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do
- You're flexible with your schedule and available when urgent situations arise

Bonus Points If:
- You've managed virtual teams before
- You have a recruitment or HR background
- You've done sales or upselling in a services business
- You're open to night shifts — big plus!
