We focus on empowering talented local creators (singers, dancers, lifestyle hosts) to maximize their income and influence. We are looking for an aggressive, self-motivated TikTok Talent Scout / Recruiter to join our growing team.

[What You Will Do - Core Responsibilities]

Source & Identify: Scan and discover potential Filipino TikTok live streamers who fit our talent criteria.

Outreach: Send 50-80 personalized cold messages daily using our high-conversion scripts and strategies.

Onboarding: Follow up with interested creators, answer their basic questions, and guide them to join our creator network/community.

Tracking: Maintain and update a daily Google Sheet tracker to monitor your conversion rates and pipeline.

[Who We Are Looking For - Requirements]

TikTok Enthusiast: You must be a heavy TikTok user who understands the local PH live streaming culture, trends, and gifted mechanics (Diamonds, PK battles, etc.).

Experience: Proven experience in talent scouting, recruiting, or customer service for live apps (TikTok, BIGO, Uplive, etc.) is a MAJOR PLUS.

Tech Savvy: Reliable smartphone/PC, stable high-speed internet interface, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.

Communication: Fluent in Tagalog and excellent written English.

Mindset: Results-oriented, self-disciplined, and hungry for high commission.
