Turkish-Speaking Filipino Operations Assistant (Remote / Hybrid)

We are looking for a reliable Turkish-speaking Filipino professional to play a key role in communication, coordination, and operational support at Enyo Trade.
This role is ideal for someone who is professional, responsible, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast-moving but disciplined environment. The position mainly involves helping with communication between Turkish and Filipino / English-speaking parties, supporting candidate interviews, trader coordination, and general operational follow-up.

You do not need to be a trader, but interest in financial markets, trading, prop firms, or business operations is a strong advantage.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with communication between Turkish and English / Filipino-speaking parties
- Support trader candidate interviews and initial screenings
- Help translate or explain conversations clearly and professionally
- Follow up with candidates, traders, and internal contacts
- Support scheduling, coordination, and general operational tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information carefully
- Help create a smooth communication bridge between the founder and local contacts

Requirements:
- Must be Filipino
- Must speak Turkish at a usable level
- Good English communication skills
- Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable joining Zoom calls and speaking clearly
- Able to handle confidential business information carefully
- Interest in trading, finance, or operations is a plus

Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in recruitment, coordination, virtual assistance, or operations
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Able to represent the business in a trustworthy way

Work Setup:
- Remote at the beginning
- May later evolve into a hybrid or office-based structure depending on business development in the Philippines
