JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We are looking for a UGC Manager to build and manage our creator content pipeline for paid ads. This person will source creators, coordinate briefs, follow up on deadlines, collect raw footage, check content quality, request revisions, and hand approved content to editors.

Responsibilities
1. Source and shortlist UGC creators from TikTok, Instagram, Backstage, Insense, and other platforms.
2. Reach out to creators and manage communication.
3. Coordinate product shipping and content deadlines.
4. Send approved briefs to creators.
5. Review raw content to ensure it follows the brief.
6. Request revisions when needed.
7. Organize and maintain the creator tracker.
8. Hand approved content to our editing team.

Requirements
1. Experience sourcing and managing UGC creators for paid ads or DTC brands.
2. Strong communication and follow-up skills.
3. Organized and detail-oriented.
4. Comfortable using Google Sheets, ClickUp, or similar tools.
5. Experience with DTC eCommerce is a plus.

Nice to Have
1. Experience with supplement, beauty, or wellness brands.
2. Familiarity with Insense, Backstage, Billo, JoinBrands, or TikTok creator outreach.
3. Understanding of UGC ads and direct-response marketing.

Success Looks Like
1. Source 10–15 qualified creators per week
2. Deliver 7–10 usable UGC videos per week
3. Maintain 90%+ on-time delivery
4. Keep the creator tracker 100% up to date
5. Consistent pipeline of qualified creators.
6. Well-organized creator tracker.
7. Fast communication and smooth creator management.
