UK Property Sourcing and Deal Analysis Specialist

About the Role
We are a small UK-based property investment company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help source and manage a pipeline of property investment opportunities.

You will be working closely with the business owners to source, research, and analyse property deals in the UK . There is the potential for for someone who is passionate about property, highly analytical and tech-savvy to grow with the business as deal sizes increase over the coming years.


What You’ll Be Doing
- Using sourcing platforms (e.g. Rightmove, Zoopla, and other tools) to identify potential off-market and on-market property deals
- Analysing opportunities using provided spreadsheet templates and online data tools.
- Monitoring listings daily and tracking updates
- Managing property deal pipelines in Google Sheets, Excel or a pipeline management tool of your choice.
- Assisting in building out automated systems for outreach (direct vendor letters, agent emails, WhatsApp etc.)
- Supporting in researching and preparing property appraisals


Who We’re Looking For
? Must-Have Experience:

- Previous experience sourcing or analysing UK property (Buy-to-let, HMO, BRR, or similar strategies)
- Familiarity with UK property terminology and deal types.
- Hands-on experience using Rightmove or similar UK portals.
- Strong written English and clear communication skills


? Preferred (Bonus Points For):
- Experience using tools such as Property Filter, Property Engine, SearchLand, Nimbus Maps, or LandInsight
- Confidence in using Google Sheets or Excel for deal analysis
- Background in lead generation, CRM management, or data entry
- Knowledge of planning permission basics, title types, or lease/freehold distinctions
