JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Editor — Long Term Role
This is a serious, long term position with real clients and real expectations. We work with established YouTube creators and deliver consistently at a high level. If you're looking for a stable, ongoing editing role with genuine growth potential, read on.
This role starts as a solo editing position. Over time, as the operation grows, there is a clear path toward taking on a leadership role managing editors beneath you. We've seen this happen already within our team. The opportunity is real for the right person.
What this looks like:
Consistent work across multiple clients in gaming, lifestyle, and other niches. Reliable monthly income with clear payment schedules. Direct communication with one point of contact, no chasing multiple people. Long term relationship — we don't cycle through editors. A genuine path to increased responsibility and income over time.
What we require:
A signed NDA before any client details, footage, or account information is shared. This is non negotiable and protects both sides. Professionalism, reliability, and proactive communication at all times.

What this looks like:
Consistent work across multiple clients primarily in gaming and kids content. Reliable monthly income with clear payment schedules. Direct communication with one point of contact. Long term relationship with a genuine path to increased responsibility and income over time.
What we require:
A signed NDA before any client details, footage, or account information is shared. This is non negotiable and protects both sides. Professionalism, reliability, and proactive communication at all times.
Strong English comprehension is essential for this role. A significant portion of our content is gaming and kids focused, which means understanding English internet culture, gaming humor, ---------- timing, and what actually lands with a younger English speaking audience. If English isn't your first language that's completely fine, but you need to genuinely understand the culture behind the content, not just the words. Editors who don't get the humor or timing of this kind of content produce edits that feel flat regardless of technical skill.
