Virtual Assistant for Cleaning Company

Match Maid Cleaning is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Cleaning Virtual Assistant to help run the day-to-day operations of our residential cleaning business. This is a fully remote position where you'll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps our schedule full, our cleaners informed, and our customers happy.

What You'll Do
Manage bookings, scheduling, and rescheduling inside BookingKoala — assigning cleaners, confirming appointments, and keeping the calendar accurate
Handle customer communication (calls, texts, email, and chat) — answering questions, booking new jobs, and following up
Run and maintain workflows, pipelines, and automations inside GoHighLevel (GHL) — managing leads, nurturing follow-ups, and keeping the CRM clean
Coordinate with cleaning teams to confirm arrivals, address issues, and ensure jobs are completed
Follow up on reviews, cancellations, and rebookings to maximize retention
Keep records, reports, and customer notes accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For
Prior experience with BookingKoala and GoHighLevel (GHL) strongly preferred
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Experience in a cleaning, home-services, or dispatch/scheduling role is a big plus
Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet work environment, and a dependable computer
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
