Virtual Assistant for Fertility Nutrition Practice (Canva, Content Creation & Marketing Support)

Hi! I'm the owner of a virtual fertility nutrition practice, and I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me create and publish high-quality content and keep my marketing systems running smoothly.

I provide the ideas, copy, videos, and direction. I'm looking for someone who enjoys taking those pieces and turning them into polished, professional content.

This is a long-term, part-time opportunity with room to grow as my business grows.

--What You'll Do--

Your responsibilities may include:

* Creating clean, engaging Instagram carousels in Canva (copy provided)
* Editing short-form videos and creating Instagram Reels (footage provided)
* Scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms
* Building simple landing pages and website pages in Squarespace (design and layout only—no coding)
* Editing podcast episodes
* Setting up email sequences in Kit
* Building and testing Instagram DM automations in ManyChat
* Testing websites, forms, links, and email automations to make sure everything works correctly
* Creating a simple one-page weekly report with key marketing metrics (Instagram, email list, and ManyChat)

I handle all client communication, DMs, nutrition counseling, and clinical work. This role is focused on content production, implementation, and marketing systems.

You're someone who:

* Has experience creating attractive, easy-to-read content in Canva
* Has a good eye for layout, spacing, typography, and visual consistency
* Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
* Enjoys following systems and checklists
* Communicates clearly
* Learns new software quickly
* Takes pride in producing polished work

Experience with Canva is important. Experience with Kit, ManyChat, Squarespace, CapCut, or similar marketing tools is a plus, and I'll provide Loom videos showing how we use our specific systems.

Success in this role looks like this:

I hand you a Google Doc, a video, or an idea, and I can trust you to turn it into polished content or a working marketing system, test everything carefully, and let me know when it's ready.

--Compensation--

* $6/hour
* Workload averages approximately 30–40 hours per month, with lighter and heavier weeks depending on projects and launches
