Virtual Growth Manager (Sales & Lead Generation)

Freshly Maid is looking for a motivated Virtual Growth Manager to help grow our residential and commercial cleaning business. Your primary responsibility will be generating new business by finding leads, contacting potential clients, and scheduling walkthroughs and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

* Research and build lists of qualified business leads
* Cold call and email potential clients
* Follow up with prospects until they respond
* Build relationships with referral partners
* Update our CRM and track outreach activities
* Schedule walkthroughs and sales meetings
* Help identify new opportunities to grow the business

Requirements

* Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required
* Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with business owners and decision makers
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organized, proactive, and results driven
* Previous experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development is preferred
