Virtual Mortgage Marketing & Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an intelligent, resourceful Virtual Assistant to help grow our Canadian mortgage business.

This role combines lead generation, social media marketing, AI tools, and mortgage administration. Full mortgage training will be provided, so prior mortgage experience is helpful but not required.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Marketing (50–60%)

* Research Realtors, Financial Planners, Lawyers, Accountants and Builders
* Find emails, phone numbers and social media profiles
* Build and maintain CRM databases
* Create and schedule Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok posts
* Assist with email marketing campaigns
* Reply to social media messages and comments
* Research marketing ideas and networking opportunities
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI to create marketing content

Mortgage Administration (40–50%)
(Training Provided)

* Prepare client signing packages
* Organize mortgage documentation
* Complete compliance packages
* Update CRM and mortgage software
* Follow up with clients when required

Required Skills

* Excellent English (written and spoken)
* Strong internet research skills
* Social media marketing experience
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, B-Roles)
* Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* Reliable internet connection

Nice to Have

* Mortgage or Real Estate experience
* CRM experience
* Canva
* Basic graphic design
* Basic video editing
* Mortgage origination software (Velocity, Filogix, Expert)

Compensation

* US$7/hour (review after 3 months)
* US$10 bonus for every qualified mortgage lead generated
