Website Design & Developer

We're looking for a creative, reliable, and highly skilled Website Designer & Developer who can design and develop high-converting custom websites and landing pages from scratch.

We're not looking for someone who relies on templates. We want someone who understands great design, user experience, and conversion-focused websites that stand out from the competition.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in website design and development.
Proficient in Figma (required).
Strong experience designing and developing fully custom websites and landing pages.
Ability to create modern, responsive, mobile-friendly, and user-focused websites.
Strong understanding of UI/UX and conversion-focused design.
Detail-oriented, reliable, professional, and able to communicate well.
Able to translate a brand into a unique website—not just another generic template.
Bonus Qualifications

We primarily work with construction, and home service businesses, so applicants with experience designing websites for:

Construction companies
Roofing
Plumbing
HVAC
Electrical
Remodeling
Home services

will be given priority.

If your portfolio mainly consists of websites that look like standard themes, template-based designs, or plain and generic layouts, please do not apply.

Fully customized

Cute, casual, and approachable where appropriate
Extremely user-friendly
Built with conversions in mind
How to Apply (Required)

To be considered, you MUST include ALL of the following:

1. Link to your portfolio make sure you have open access so we can check.
2. Direct website links to websites you personally designed and developed.
3. Briefly explain your role for each website (Design only, Development only, or Both) in 2-3 sentences only.
4. Tell us which of the websites you've worked on are related to construction or home service businesses, if any.

Selected applicant will have a paid trial test, if everything goes well, then you'll be part of the team!
Starting rate would be $500 AUD for part-time position.

Applications that do not include BOTH a portfolio and direct website links will NOT be considered.
