Window Tint Appointment Setter

*EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused team member to help manage incoming leads and customer communication for our automotive appearance business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers, staying organized, and helping convert leads into booked appointments.

Hours 6am-1pm

Responsibilities
Respond to new leads through GoHighLevel via text, email, and phone.
Schedule appointments for:
Window Tint
Auto Detailing
Paint Protection Film (PPF) consultations
Ceramic Coating consultations
Follow up with leads who have requested quotes or information.
Book consultations and answer questions about our services.
Keep customer information updated in GoHighLevel/Urable CRM.
Ensure every lead receives a prompt and professional response.
Work closely with our team to maintain a high booking rate and excellent customer experience.
