YouTube Channel Growth & Monetization VA (Long form + Shorts + Multi Platform Creator Support)

I am looking for a long term YouTube Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help grow and monetize an English personal finance / money & AI channel.

1. AI Personal Finance Assistant — Budget & Cash Flow Forecasting in Action
2. AI-Driven Investment Strategy & Portfolio Simulation
3. Find Hidden Money Leaks with AI — Optimize Subscriptions & Spending
4. AI Side Hustles & Creator Money Systems
5. AI vs. Human Financial Advisor

We run a hybrid AI + human production model — AI tools handle scripting/research support, but a real production team (that's you) handles execution, quality control, and audience-facing judgment. This is not a "faceless AI-only" channel.

What You'll Do
Format and lightly edit scripts (after they're approved — never start voiceover/production before script sign-off)
Create and A/B test video titles and thumbnails
Edit long-form videos and Shorts
Publish on schedule: 2 long-form + 7 Shorts per week
Repurpose Shorts to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels
Insert affiliate links, FTC disclosures, and AI-content disclosure labels into every video description (templates provided)
Pull weekly YouTube Studio analytics (CTR, AVD, impressions) into a report template
Provide screenshot proof of completed tasks (publishing, disclosures, cross-posting)

No original financial advice or on-camera appearances required
No paid ad management (not in scope for this role)
