YouTube Growth Manager with Performance Bonus of 10%

Mentoring with the Mentees is looking for a talented YouTube Growth Manager & Video Editor who is passionate about creating impactful content and knows how to grow a YouTube channel.

This is not just an editing position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our YouTube channel from editing videos to developing growth strategies that increase subscribers, views, engagement, and revenue.

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing YouTube channels, editing high-quality videos, understanding the YouTube algorithm, and using analytics to help channels grow.

Professionally edit long-form YouTube videos.
Create engaging YouTube Shorts and social media clips.
Manage the YouTube channel from upload to publication.
Write compelling titles, descriptions, and optimize videos for SEO.
Design or coordinate eye-catching thumbnails.
Develop and maintain a consistent content schedule.
Analyze YouTube Analytics to improve watch time, audience retention, click-through rate, and subscriber growth.
Research trends and recommend content ideas.
Repurpose content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
Organize all video files and content assets.
Continuously improve content quality and channel performance.

Applicants must have experience:

Managing YouTube channels.
Professionally editing videos.
Growing YouTube channels using analytics and strategy.
Creating engaging long-form and short-form content.
Understanding the YouTube algorithm.
Using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Creating thumbnails using Photoshop or Canva.
Working independently and meeting deadlines.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $500 per month.
Monthly performance evaluations.
Opportunity for raises based on performance.
Performance Bonus: Receive 10% of the additional revenue generated through the growth of the YouTube channel, based on agreed-upon performance metrics and verified channel-related revenue.
