We are looking for a highly detail-oriented YouTube Quality Assurance & Content Operations VA to help quality check completed YouTube videos and manage the upload/scheduling process for multiple client channels.
This is not a video editing role. Your main responsibility will be making sure every video is polished, error-free, properly organized, and scheduled correctly before it goes live.
You will be working with a YouTube content agency that helps business owners, coaches, consultants, and service providers publish long-form YouTube content.
IMPORTANT: You must be extremely proficient in written English.
A major part of this role is catching small mistakes in videos, titles, descriptions, captions, on-screen text, and client-facing materials. You need to be able to spot grammar issues, awkward wording, spelling mistakes, unclear sentences, and anything that does not sound natural in English.

Responsibilities:
- Watch completed YouTube videos from start to finish and quality check them before delivery/upload
- Catch editing mistakes such as bad cuts, audio issues, spelling errors, awkward pauses, wrong graphics, incorrect captions, missing assets, or anything that feels off
- Review on-screen text, captions, titles, descriptions, and other written materials for grammar, spelling, and wording issues
- Make sure the video matches the client’s brand, instructions, and content requirements
- Check that thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, links, and upload details are correct
- Upload and schedule videos inside YouTube Studio
- Organize files inside Google Drive
- Follow SOPs/checklists carefully for each client
- Communicate clearly with editors and the team when revisions are needed
- Mark tasks as complete and keep the workflow organized
- Make sure videos are scheduled on time and nothing gets missed
Requirements:
- Extremely proficient in written English
- Strong ability to catch grammar, spelling, and wording mistakes
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of natural English phrasing
- Experience using YouTube Studio
- Experience with Google Drive, Google Docs, and task management tools
- Ability to follow step-by-step processes without needing constant supervision
- Comfortable watching long-form YouTube videos and checking for small mistakes
- Reliable internet connection
- Organized, responsible, and deadline-driven
- Able to communicate clearly when something is wrong or unclear
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with YouTube channels
- Experience working with video editors or content teams
- Basic understanding of YouTube titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and scheduling
- Familiarity with Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools
- Experience quality checking videos, podcasts, courses, or other content
This role is part-time to start, around 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the company grows.
