YouTube Thumbnail Designer for Growing Media Company

Jeff Pictures Inc. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Thumbnail Designer to join our YouTube media team. You will be designing eye-catching thumbnails for multiple YouTube channels in the style of TheRealFact-TV — bold, high-contrast, and built to maximize click-through rates.

Responsibilities:
- Design 10+ thumbnails per month per channel
- Follow the style and branding guidelines of each channel
- Deliver high-resolution, YouTube-optimized thumbnail files
- Accept feedback and revise designs quickly when needed

Requirements:
- Proficient in Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools
- Strong eye for color, typography, and composition
- Familiar with what makes a YouTube thumbnail perform
- Reliable, fast turnaround, and open to feedback
