YouTube Video Creator - Pest Control Niche (United States - Wisconsin/Minnesota)

Overview:
We are a growing pest control company looking for a skilled YouTube Video Creator to produce engaging, informative, and conversion-focused content. This role starts as per-gig work with consistent weekly output, with the goal of transitioning into a long-term virtual position.

Responsibilities:
Create 1–2 YouTube videos per week
Edit videos with clean cuts, graphics, captions, and basic motion elements
Turn raw footage, scripts, or ideas into polished content
Add hooks, pacing, and storytelling that explains viewer attention
Optimize videos for YouTube (titles, thumbnails guidance, basic SEO understanding is a plus)

Content Style:
Pest control tips, education, and problem-solving
Before/after visuals, explainer videos, and short-form repurposing
Clear, practical, and engaging (not overly corporate)

Requirements:
Proven experience editing YouTube content
Strong understanding of retention, pacing, and viewer psychology
Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines
Reliable communication
Portfolio or sample work required (preferably similar niche or educational content)

Nice to Have:
Experience with service-based businesses or local marketing
Thumbnail design skills
Scriptwriting or content ideation ability

Compensation:
